YOUR KEY
Step 1: Keep your key and purchase details together
If you already have an ETERNAL key, keep the original delivery instructions and the details of your purchase. Website checkout and automatic key delivery are still being connected.
Save your confirmation and order reference.
If a purchase has been confirmed, keep its receipt, selected duration, and any setup instructions together.
Match the key to the correct product.
Check that the instructions are for Warzone / Black Ops 7. Fortnite and Marvel Rivals are coming soon and are not available through this guide.
Keep the full key private.
Do not post license keys, passwords, or payment details in public channels. Contact the official ETERNAL Discord with your order reference if something is missing.
FIND YOUR PURCHASE
Step 2: Find your order and download instructions
Account downloads and order history are not available on the website yet. Existing key holders should use official support to confirm the correct download and setup path.
Start with the official ETERNAL Discord.
Open the official ETERNAL Discord. Use the official support process rather than accepting a file from an unsolicited direct message.
Have your purchase details ready.
Provide the product name, duration, and order reference if you have one. Keep the full key private unless verified support specifically needs it in a private support session.
Confirm the download before opening it.
Ask support to verify the current loader source and instructions for your product. Do not use file mirrors or links shared by unknown accounts.
Avoid placing a second order for a delivery issue.
If you believe a payment was completed but a key or download is missing, ask support to check the original purchase first.

Step 3: Install only trusted prerequisites
Use the Microsoft links below for the runtime packages in your setup instructions. Confirm any product-specific requirements with ETERNAL support before you begin.

Meet your game’s current hardware requirements and leave enough free space for the runtime installers.

Follow Microsoft’s installer prompts. Restart your PC if requested. The DirectX package adds optional legacy libraries; it does not replace the DirectX version included with Windows.
DOWNLOAD & SET UP
Step 4: Complete setup in the ETERNAL Loader
Continue only after official support has confirmed your access, download source, and the instructions for your product.
Use the download confirmed for your product.
Download only from the source verified by ETERNAL support. Account-based downloads will be added when that service is connected.
Save the loader somewhere you can find again.
Keep the file and your setup instructions in a folder you recognize. Do not substitute copies from file mirrors or unsolicited messages.
Open ETERNAL and follow the product instructions.
If your loader asks for a license key, use the key associated with that product and keep it private. Follow the instructions supplied with your download.
Check availability before each session.
Confirm current product availability through the official ETERNAL Discord. If support reports maintenance or an update, wait for it to be completed.
